Schedule an Appointment

Each appointment slot is 1.5 hours. If you know that your appointment time will go longer, you may want to book two slots back to back. Please do this now, so that it doesn’t put other appointments behind schedule. All appointment slots for round 1 of tax season have been filled. I will post a new calendar for round two on May 1st, 2026.

When you fill out the form, be sure to put the number ( 1) before your phone number. Example: 18654540821 I am not sure why it has this little glitch but the 1 in from of your number is needed.

Make sure to make arrangements to upload your tax documents to me the night before your scheduled appointment, by 8PM. Please do not send more than 3 days prior to your appointment. I prefer that you use my secured dropbox link on my website. You can send pictures straight from your phone or scan and upload file as well.

Most people do not have all of their documents until after February 8th.

If you receive child tax credits, I know that refunds will again not be released until after February 15th.
